AFC Wulfrunians latest encounter saw them return to their home pitch at Castlecroft after months of poor weather put the pitch out of action. Kidderminster Harriers DC were the visitors as the sides meet for the first time this season.
Wulfs started the brighter of the two sides and took the lead through and Eashan Brackenbridge deflected cross 1-0. Wulfs made it 2-0 as Jordan Crump converted a Daniel Lowe cross before Sol Shahar put his name on the scoresheet finishing another Lowe cross. Wulfs were in total control and dominated in all areas of the park. James Hale was not credited to an unworked clean sheet though, pulling off a fine save from Kidderminster’s only attack of the first half. Half Time 3-0.
The second half saw more of the same from Wulfs as they controlled from back to front. Wulfs attacking play was less effective during the second period despite hitting the back of the net on two more occasions. Crump had a goal chalked out for offside before wrapping a 4-0 victory finishing into an empty net from a break started by Man of the Match Eashan Brackenbridge.
